Two food articles worth paying attention to.
First up: Government to government plan to seize control of all food.
And we also have this: New Zealand law mirrors US and Canada, fake food safety bills.
New Zealand is about to witness what we have here in the US; small retailers, family farms and ranches raided by agency swat teams, business and lives destroyed, property illegally destroyed or seized while Big Ag operations responsible for horrendous contamination of various sectors of food production receive only a warning letter and never miss a day in their crappy operations.
The global grab on the world’s food supply isn’t about protecting anybody. It is about making sure that you and everyone else on this entire planet is forced to buy something extremely essential like food from a gigantic Ag-business. These companies will have the power of life or death, something they already have now, but it will be significantly worse in the days ahead.
Even growing your own food, or buying it from the local co-op or farmers market is now at risk.
We all seem to think we are not at risk, because we are not yet experiencing the utter defeat being experienced by other countries. In India alone, over 200,000 farmers are already known to have committed suicide. The reason is because they are being forced into bankruptcy, having to buy GMO modified seeds from the Ag giants, who could care less about your health, your freedom, or your right to eat safe, healthy foods. All they care about is that you are being forced by necessity (to stay alive) that every dollar you spend has gone into their pockets.
Nobody has any idea how many other farmers have just utterly given up or killed themselves.
It’s getting serious folks. If you want to survive into the future, then you are going to have to start helping yourselves.
I’ve seen ZERO evidence that the best interests of the people are being supported. What I have seen however, is agency after agency, government after government, and entity after entity being arrayed against the individual and collective rights of the people in a non-stop fashion, forcing us all into a tighter and tighter grip.
I’ve predicted this long ago, which was nothing more then simply charting the path forward. Looking at where we’ve been, where we are going, and the most likely outcome is pretty easy to determine. The 2010 - 2020 predictions are still as valid as ever, with many of these events now well underway.
We are now on the verge of 2012 hysteria, just wait and see if you don’t believe this. We’re already in the “countdown”. I do think we will see even more major environmental and climate related disaster in 2012 then we did in 2011 (now numbering in the hundreds). These things and many more, such as the financial collapse, is driving the desperation and fear of governments, who are now attacking their citizens in increasingly violent ways.
If you don’t think stealing your food is violent, then you need to reexamine your entire premises. Violence against another is doing anything against their will. It need not be physical violence, it can be financial or emotional. These activities all wind up being violence against you when they have reached their ultimate conclusions. Many are also utilizing the threat of violence. If you do not comply, you will be arrested, jailed and incarcerated. Farmers around the world face this threat of violence every day, and in reality, so do you, minute by minute.

Desperate to derail Ron Paul’s momentum in New Hampshire, the key early primary state in which polls show Paul has a very real chance of winning, the establishment has thrown its weight behind Newt Gingrich, the ultimate RINO globalist who in reality is about as conservative as Mao Tse-tung.
With the campaigns of Mitt Romney and Rick Perry collapsing, the editorial board of the New Hampshire Union Leader chose to endorse Gingrich on Sunday, a move that the mainstream press immediately hailed as all-important, attempting to bestow kingmaker status on a relatively irrelevant newspaper in the grand scheme of things.
The anointment of Gingrich as Republican frontrunner is just the latest desperate bid to fool voters into supporting anyone other than Ron Paul. From Perry, to Romney, to Cain – the establishment has attempted to crown all of them as top dog – failing every time as each campaign subsequently crashes and burns.
Gingrich will inevitably follow suit because he has more skeletons in the closet than a halloween costume shop. And if you think that doesn’t sound bad enough, just wait until you read what Gingrich had to say about mandatory health insurance.
“Personal responsibility extends to the purchase of health insurance. Citizens should not be able to cheat their neighbors by not buying insurance, particularly when they can afford it, and expect others to pay for their care when they need it,” he wrote in a 2007 OpEd for the Des Moines Register.
That’s right – self-proclaimed “conservative” Gingrich is an aggressive supporter of Obamacare, just like his rival Mitt Romney.
Gingrich has also been instrumental in pushing political frameworks with the goal of accomplishing global governance.
As Attorney Constance Cumbey writes, Gingrich worked feverishly with his buddy Al Gore back in the mid-90′s to help create the embryonic architecture of a global parliamentary authority.
Gingrich’s support for NAFTA, GATT, and the WTO entrenched his position as an enthusiastic advocate of globalism and sending American jobs abroad, the “giant sucking sound,” as Ross Perot labeled it It was Gingrich who helped Bill Clinton and the Democrats garner enough votes from Republicans to pass the North American Free Trade Agreement, which is now quickly evolving into the North American Union.
Gingrich’s Council on Foreign Relations membership and his close relationship with his mentor Henry Kissinger cements his role as a key agitator for the destruction of U.S. sovereignty. Indeed, during a July 1995 speech, he openly decried the constitution as being a roadblock to a UN-managed global government.
“The American challenge in leading the world is compounded by our Constitution,” he said. “Under our [constitutional system] – either we’re going to have to rethink our Constitution, or we’re going to have to rethink our process of decision-making.” He went on to profess an oxymoronic belief in “very strong but limited federal government,” and pledged, “I am for the United Nations.”
“In order to understand just how dedicated Gingrich is to destroying the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, consider that he described himself as a “conservative futurist” who enthusiastically recommended as Speaker of the House his colleagues read Alvin Toffler’s 1980 book The Third Wave,” writes Kurt Nimmo.
“In the book, Toffler wrote a letter to America’s “founding parents,” in which he said: “The system of government you fashioned, including the very principles on which you based it, is increasingly obsolete, and hence increasingly, if inadvertently, oppressive and dangerous to our welfare. It must be radically changed and a new system of government invented – a democracy for the 21st century.” According to Toffler, our constitutional system is one that “served us so well for so long, and that now must, in its turn, die and be replaced.””
The shudder-inducing thought of Newt Gingrich in the White House makes the prospect of a second term for Obama look positively inviting.
At least we know what to expect from Obama. Gingrich is that most dangerous kind of political animal – a wolf in sheep’s clothing – being able to harness the ability of sweet-talking conservatives into calm acquiescence while simultaneously sacrificing America on the altar of globalism.

The Constitution - Death By A Thousand Cuts
DEATH BY A THOUSAND CUTS You, The People, are the only ones
who can Save the Constitution.
We start with a First Principle: Those things allegedly most treasured by our nation including Liberty, justice, wealth, safety and social order arise not by chance or force, but through the institutions of Law and limited government, offered, embraced and manifest by moral, learned and spiritual minds via the collective political instruments now known as our state and federal Constitutions.
It follows naturally that the gross separation or alienation of government officials from our Constitutions must, by definition result in the death of the nation itself.
Each violation heaps an additional, devastating impact on America’s economy, families, moral character, global reputation and the Freedoms of its citizens.
To be sure, if we permit it to happen, the material cause of the demise of Liberty and our Republic will be the cumulative damage and decay resulting from the relentless and escalating number of violations that continue to debase both our state and federal Constitutions. After all, the Constitutions, as rule books designed to govern the government, are all that stand between the People and total tyranny.
Yes, through it all and despite the damage, our democracy will survive; we will go on electing people to office, as this function is necessary in establishing any form of representative government.
What will not survive, however, is the Republic of America -- designed by the greatest governing documents ever given to mankind. Simply put, absent a sea change in the People’s attitude and commitment toward their Constitutions, our Republic’s approaching demise is all but a certainty.
Unless a sufficient number of People decide to soon embrace our Constitutions, and learn to “connect the dots” between the specific provisions and prohibitions of Law provided therein and the malevolent, unlawful behaviors of our elected officials, we are a doomed nation, subject only to the Rule of Men and the tyranny of Power.
Unless the American People soon rekindle and accept personal responsibility to hold all elected officials accountable to those written documents, regardless of their political stripes and whether they voted for them, America’s fate as a Sovereign, lawless ship, captained only by pirates and despots is sealed.
Without a collective constitutional conscience of the People, for the errant impulses of our elected officials to contend with, the (now) unbridled violations of Law will most assuredly drain the remaining life blood from the Republic.
As Jefferson said, political parties are by their nature corruptive. Without a national constitutional conscience, the loyalties of our elected officials will naturally continue to flow away from the Constitution to the Party responsible for designating them for the ballot and its self-serving platforms and objectives.
As Jefferson also said, the People are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our Liberty. Without a national constitutional conscience, the collective belief of the People will continue to be the naive cry of all democracies, i.e., “If you don’t like what is going on, vote for someone else”.
In truth, elections are the crudest form of organized political exercise possible by a “free” People and are the instrument of participation employed by all pure democracies. Elections, in essence, are the tool of those that control the political process, the levers of government and the status quo. Elections, if relied upon as the sole method of exercising the powers of Popular Sovereignty, serve only the will of the majority and the chosen recipients of government beneficence.
Despite the necessity of electing those who wield governmental power, it is the malicious use of elections by which pure democracies sustain the illusion of Liberty, while Individual Rights, i.e., those superior, unalienable Rights and political protections which define the heart of a true Republic, wither and dissolve.
Again, our Constitutions are our Law. They are all that stand between the People and total tyranny.
The Constitution is not a menu and cannot defend itself. That’s up to us, the People.

Recently, the FBI started sending copies of a letter to military surplus stores in Colorado under the premise of a new program called “Communities Against Terrorism.”
Their intent is to have Americans report on fellow law-abiding citizens if they suspect them of any terrorist activities.
But here’s the catch: Guess who they want to be viewed as “suspicious”?
People who “insist on paying in cash”;
People who buy “Meals Ready to Eat”;
People who buy “weatherproofed ammunition containers”;
People who buy “high capacity magazines”;
And even people who buy “night flashlights."
I’m willing to bet you fit into at least one or more of those categories.
I know I do.
The Feds are going after a group of Americans known as “preppers.”
Those who want to be prepared for emergencies and possible disasters.
People who don’t want to rely on the government for every possible need – the same type of people who I respect – and feel that they are their own “first responder.”
And now, that kind of attitude is worthy of getting you put on a terrorist watch list.
It is absolutely sickening.
But I haven’t told you the most ironic part.
The Department of Homeland Security, via its website Ready.gov, is currently instructing Americans on “disaster preparedness.”
Upon reading through their recommendations for an “Emergency Supply Kit,” two items jumped out at me…
…flashlights
…and cash.
What this means is, if you go to a military surplus store to purchase these items – one of the cheaper places to shop, in my experience – based on the recommendations of the Department of Homeland Security…
…You might end up on the FBI’s terrorist watch list.
When it’s all said and done, this is the exact type of nonsense that overreaching government authority breeds.
When I sent you Emails about the dangers of the so-called “Patriot Act,” people thought I was overreacting.
Well, here we are.
One government agency putting Americans on terrorist watch lists for buying basic camping equipment at a surplus store, while another government agency is telling you to do that very thing.
This kind of government abuse of freedom is going to get worse – but only if we allow it.
That’s why, with election season rapidly approaching, you and I need to watch and see which politicians stand up against assaults on your liberty.
Keep your eyes and ears open so that you know which one of your legislators turns a blind eye to the abuse of power by government agencies.

Word of gun owners’ victory at the Iowa Straw Poll is spreading. Even one of America’s premier political news sites, Politico.com, has picked up the story about how National Association for Gun Rights members just like you toppled Tim Pawlenty’s Presidential campaign.
The article even noted my subsequent call for NAGR members to lobby Governor Rick Perry to return the National Association for Gun Rights Presidential Candidate Survey.
However, Politco.com writer Maggie Haberman missed the mark when she noted that Perry has a concealed carry permit by assuming he must be pro-gun because he has a concealed weapon permit.
Senator Barbara Boxer, seen vilifying semi-automatic rifles with Dianne Feinstein, has a permit to carry.
The Washington, D.C. elites just don’t get it. They think that simply having a concealed weapon permit automatically makes any politician pro-gun.
Do you think California Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer is pro-gun?
No, I don’t think so, either.
But Barbara Boxer used her influence to secure an elusive concealed carry permit from California.
I can almost hear her trying to deceive gun owners… “Trust me, I have a permit.”
Chuck Schumer -- one of the most anti-gun Senators in Washington D.C. -- obtained a permit to carry for self-defense.
Or how about New York Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer?
Schumer himself is reported to possess a New York concealed handgun permit, and both U.S. Senators regularly employed armed guards for their personal protection.
Just because a politician recognizes that being armed makes THEM safer, doesn’t mean they support YOUR right to keep and bear arms. They think they’re different than you and me, that because of their title they’re entitled to MORE rights than we are.
The Second Amendment is about much more than just carrying concealed… or hunting… or sport shooting.
Your right to keep and bear arms is a bulwark against tyranny.
That’s why the National Association for Gun Rights sends Presidential Candidate Surveys to politicians like Tim Pawlenty and Governor Rick Perry.
Gun owners MUST know where they stand on important issues like banning magazine or bans on certain types of semi-automatic rifles, or opposing the United Nations’ Small Arms Treaty gun-grab.

On Saturday, at the Iowa Straw Poll, National Association for Gun Rights members and supporters made themselves heard, advancing two pro-gun candidates and toppling a third anti-gunner.
The winners of the straw poll are solid, pro-gun candidates -- but more on that in a moment.
Tim Pawlenty, an early national favorite to win the Iowa Straw Poll, finished a lack-luster -- and very distant -- third place in the poll and was forced to drop out of the Presidential race on Sunday under pressure from gun owners.
You see, Pawlenty refused to tell gun owners where he stood on important firearms issues. Refusing to return a survey is often an indication that a candidate is hiding something -- often anti-gun beliefs.
The National Association for Gun Rights, and our local partner Iowa Gun Owners, mobilized tens of thousands of gun rights activists across Iowa with phone calls and e-mails urging Pawlenty to return the National Association for Gun Rights survey.
Insiders on the campaign tell us his Iowa campaign office was flooded with phone calls and emails from gun owners demanding Governor Pawlenty make a stand, and return the survey.
National Association for Gun Rights staff and activists even confronted Governor Pawlenty and his campaign staff at the Iowa State Fair, where he continued to rebuff gun owners.
Instead of listening to grassroots gun owners in Iowa, Governor Pawlenty chose to listen to his Washington, D.C. consultants and ignore grassroots gun owners in Iowa, a mistake which cost him at the Straw Poll, and eventually lead to his exit from the race.
Due to the activism of National Association for Gun Rights and Iowa Gun Owners members like you, we were able to educate straw poll voters about the records of ALL the Presidential candidates.
I’m happy to say that Michele Bachmann -- who won the Straw Poll -- and Ron Paul -- who finished in a close second place -- both returned their National Association for Gun Rights Presidential Candidate Survey 100% pro-gun.
In addition to answering the National Association for Gun Rights Presidential Candidate survey 100%, both Michele Bachmann and Ron Paul have pro-gun voting records in Congress (though Bachmann's is marred by her vote for the mis-named Patriot Act a few months ago).
A solid majority of 56% of the voters voted for a pro-gun candidate. The Iowa Straw Poll was a decisive victory for gun owners and the open survey program of your National Association for Gun Rights.
While political insiders like Tim Pawlenty and Herman Cain refuse to return the Presidential Survey, Iowa voters made it clear they demand a pro-gun presidential candidate.
However, a new candidate, Governor Rick Perry of Texas, has entered the race, and we just don’t know where he stands on the Second Amendment.

THE ARTICLES OF FREEDOM
Articles of Freedom Liberty Coalation
...And so it is proposed that these Articles be distributed to All in the Land, with the intent to draw the attention and courage of a “goodly number of millions of People” who, entitled to their Freedom and essential to Its maintenance, Arise to Restore and maintain the Constitution for the United States of America...
Then, and only then, will America's Destiny be Fulfilled.
The goal is to present a clear demonstration of the power of the People to hold our elected officials accountable to the Constitution, by claiming and exercising their natural, unalienable Right to do so, all as guaranteed by the accountability clause of the First Amendment. This will require civic action by a pro-active, non-violent, mass-movement having nothing to do with politics or the electoral process.
The Articles of Freedom are intended to be the FREE vehicle around which a critical mass of People can rally and Pledge their mutual support, leading to the manifestation of that demonstration of legal, constitutional, Peaceful People Power – the day of reckoning, a settling of accounts between the People and their Government regarding their fundamental roles and relationships.
To accomplish the goal of restoring our Constitution and then maintaining citizen vigilance that seeks to hold our elected officials accountable forevermore, individuals and small groups cannot prevail in the Cause that is before us.
While each of us surely has a role to play, it will take all of us coming together and standing as ONE now to ensure America fulfills Her Destiny.
INDIVIDUALS AND SMALL GROUPS CANNOT PREVAIL IN THE CAUSE THAT IS BEFORE US.
EVEN NOTABLE ORGANIZATIONS, DEDICATED TO FREEDOM, CANNOT SUCCEED ALONE, OPERATING IN THEIR CORRIDORS AND ACTIVITIES.
WHILE EACH OF US SURELY HAS A ROLE TO PLAY, IT WILL TAKE ALL OF US COMING TOGETHER AND STANDING AS ONE NOW, TO ENSURE AMERICA FULFILLS HER PURPOSE.

WE THE PEOPLE Articles of Freedom
Think of the millions of folks, including members of the Armed Forces, who have raised their right hand and said, “I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
Think of the millions who have placed their right hand over their heart and said, “I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.”
How could anyone who has pledged their devotion to the Constitution, reconcile the following violations of the Constitution that are destroying America? When will it end?
For decades, our Government has been meddling in the internal affairs of other countries, without any Constitutional authority, causing foreign nationals to direct their hostilities towards us, which has given us a War on Terror and a growing Police State that is repugnant to the Fourth Amendment and the General Welfare of a Free People;
For decades, we have had undeclared wars in violation of the War Powers clauses of Articles I and II;
We are now gifting and lending public money and credit to private corporations for decidedly private purposes (corporate welfare), without any constitutional authority, whatsoever;
We have a fiat currency, in violation of the money clauses of Article I;
We have been emitting trillions of dollars worth of Bills of Credit through or under the auspices of the Federal Reserve System in violation of Article I;
We have been incurring trillions of dollars worth of debt for the payment of expenditures for programs and activities that are not enumerated in Article I, and therefore not authorized;
We have a fraudulently ratified 16th Amendment in violation of Article V, a direct, un-apportioned tax on labor in violation of the tax clauses of Article I, and a judicial system that refuses to consider the evidence, in violation of Article III;
For decades we have had unenforced immigration laws in violation of that mandate, plainly-worded in Article II, that requires the President to “faithfully execute” all the laws passed by Congress;
We have a President who apparently is not a natural born citizen, a violation of Article II;
We are counting our votes in secret, as all machines do, in violation of our constitutional right not only to vote but to know that our votes are being accurately counted;
We have an absence of well-regulated state militias, and we have federal gun control laws, all in violation of the Second Amendment;
For decades, in violation of the sovereignty clauses of the Declaration of Independence, the United States has been entering into treaties, contracts and relationships with foreign entities, and giving authority to international bodies, dissipating, destroying and undermining America’s sovereignty;
We have private land being taken for private purposes in violation of the Fifth Amendment.
We have a Government about to become a provider of Health Care, and about to order the People to purchase a product, powers that are not enumerated in Article I, and therefore not authorized.
We have money bills originating in the Senate, in violation of Article I.
We have a Senate that is using a supermajority vote to decide whether to enact a law, without an amendment to the Constitution, all in violation of Article I, Sections 3 and 5, and Article 5.
These violations have challenged the Constitutional Republic of the United States and Her People to Its core.
Above all, we have government officials who, for fourteen years, and more, have refused to honor their fundamental obligation to respond to the People’s First Amendment Petitions to Redress these violations. I call this the “capstone grievance.”
It is well settled in American Jurisprudence that if anyone has an obligation to respond and he fails to do so, his silence amounts to admission. It is also well settled that any Right that is not enforceable is not a Right – that is, with every Right there is a Remedy. However, the Constitution cannot defend itself. It is the duty of the People to defend it.
The We The People Foundation exists for the purpose of protecting and defending our federal and state Constitutions and to ensure the day comes when the American People will have institutionalized citizen vigilance for the purpose of routinely holding their elected officials accountable to their Constitutions, regardless of their political stripes and whether they voted for them.
The vision for Continental Congress 2009 came in December of 2008, while I was preparing to give a speech at Faneuil Hall in Boston. The idea was well received. From January 1 – May 1, I traveled to 88 cities in all 50 states to meet with People to see if this was an idea they would support and help make a reality. They agreed.
On May 21, the Foundation sponsored a meeting of leaders of the Freedom movement at the Jekyll Island Club in Georgia. This was the place where the Federal Reserve was first conceived in 1910. We stood in the Federal Reserve Room, as it is called, and asked our Creator to put a new and righteous record for America in the place of what had gone before. We believe our prayers were answered. We discussed Continental Congress 2009 and if this was an idea they could support and help make a reality. They all agreed.
From June 1 – October 10, a national structure was established to accommodate Continental Congress 2009. State coordinators in nearly every state volunteered their time and energy along with other citizens. A small national management team formed to assist. Delegates were nominated in each state to attend the Congress.
A Constitutionally – correct election was held on October 10. On November 11, 2009, the delegates attended Continental Congress 2009 at the Pheasant Run Conference Center in St. Charles, Illinois, sponsored by the Foundation. The Delegates of Continental Congress 2009 were not professional legislators or wordsmiths. They were ordinary, non-aligned citizens from across America and all walks of life. They set aside their lives for this Assembly. They represented You and Me, the Free People of America.
The conclusion of their efforts, their recommended Course of Action to restore and maintain Constitutional obedience in America, is This Document called ‘‘Articles of Freedom.’’

BETRAYED AGAIN BY WASHINGTON

Factoring in the Big Government programs and social welfare spending already "locked in," the average American family is on the hook for nearly $800,000!

You see, I'd love to tell you that there's no reason to worry - that the politicians in Washington are "experts" who are working hard to "get everything under control."
I'd love to tell you that the politicians understand that unless they not only stop increasing - but actually drastically CUT - spending, the U.S. economy will end up nose-diving off a cliff.
And I'd also love to tell you politicians would never saddle our kids and grandkids with debts they can never repay. But that just isn't true. It's business as usual in D.C.

We all know those promises aren't worth the paper they're printed on. And they'll finish off the dollar if we let them get away with their scheme.

And their claim is laughable on its face. It's like telling a lazy teenager that the best way to get rich is to borrow money and spend even more.

These conditions are tough for most elected officials to accept. But they're the bare minimum any representative or senator should consider.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve been watching the various Republican Presidential candidates struggle to claim the mantle of “Constitutional Conservative” with some trepidation.
Who, among the candidates, actually supports our Constitutional rights?
Let me tell you, it’s easy to be sucked in by the latest fad candidate -- beloved by the talking heads on TV and radio. Remember that the “beautiful people” in the establishment, political class lie to us for a reason.
They want our support, and will do or say anything to keep it, all the while continuing to protect the apparatus of state that provides them with power.
This is an important lesson for gun owners, who are perpetually the target of Big Government, anti-liberty advocates.
Take Texas Governor Rick Perry for example. From the fawning adulation he’s received from “conservatives” in the media over his flirtation with entering the Presidential race, you’d think he was the second coming of John Wayne, Ronald Reagan and John Galt all put together.
The political establishment doesn’t want to let the truth get in the way of a good story -- or “political narrative,” as the hacks call it.
Despite the veneer of “conservative” and “liberty” language that Perry uses, his patronage by the Big Government Bush family and his record tell a completely different story.
In response to the outrageous invasions of privacy by the Transportation Safety Authority (TSA), liberty-loving conservatives in Texas were trying to outlaw TSA’s “grope-or-radiate” airport security policy -- a clear government assault on your rights.
The policy requires all those traveling by air to submit either to physical pat-downs, which are little more than government sponsored sexual assaults, or invasive and radiation-heavy, semi-pornographic body scans.
There is no question that blocking the use of the “grope-or-radiate” security policy is the right thing to do; heck, even the executive director of the Texas Republican Party pleaded with Perry for passage of the bill.
However, Governor Perry and his stooges in the Texas Legislature decided to play political games with your freedom.
An open record request shows that in a few short days, Governor Perry received over 10,000 e-mails and letters insisting he support the legislation to rein in the TSA. He received only 13 letters in favor of keeping the radiation scanners.
Despite the overwhelming support, Perry delayed.
Taking a page out of the establishment playbook, he claimed that there was a lack of “consensus,” knowing full well all he had to do was delay long enough for the legislative session to end.
Instead of standing up for the liberties and privacy of the people of Texas, Governor Perry and his Big Government accomplices waited until the last day of the session to bring the legislation to the floor, assuring it wouldn’t have enough time to pass both chambers.
Despite intentionally delaying the bill and instructing his accomplices in the Texas Legislature to repeatedly try to poison the bill with amendments, Perry continues to tell everyone on the national stage that he supported the bill.
This is a prime of example of how establishment politicians like Governor Perry try to dupe citizens like you and me. On the one hand they claim to be liberty-minded conservatives, while at the same time, fighting to protect and expand the power of government behind the closed doors of the legislature.
Why does this matter? It's simple.
Gun rights activists MUST oppose ANY attempts by the Federal government to usurp liberty in the name of safety, because ultimately, that same power will be used to ban or greatly restrict gun owners and gun ownership.
Perry and company managed to manipulate the system so that every member could cast a vote in support of the pro-liberty bill -- and clean their skirts with the voters at home -- without the fear that it might actually pass and limit the authority of government.
This sort of establishment calculation is designed specifically to provide cover to weak politicians who can go home to their districts and tell their constituents that they voted the “right” way -- and the beast that is our government continues to grow.
To help cut through the political double speak, my staff has sent a gun rights survey to every announced Republican candidate for President. The survey was written in such a way to cut through the colorful language of the campaign trail and get to the truth about what the candidates believe about your right to keep and bear arms.
As the surveys are returned -- or NOT returned in some cases -- I will be sure to let YOU know the truth about where the Presidential candidates stand on Second Amendment issues.

What are we Independent From
THESE ARE MY THOUGHTS ON THINGS, AS I SEE THEM Hi, I am sitting here at the end of the day on the Fourth of July. This Is Our Day Of Independence. There has been celebrations on top of celebrations today. Fireworks are going off all over. I think they are going off more because they are illegal, and not to celebrate our day of Independence. Most, if ask will not know why or what we are Independent from.THESE ARE MY THOUGHTS ON A LOT OF MATTERS. I think of the ones who have died defending their COUNTRY. The land of their grandfathers I think of the warriors who gave not only their all, but their very lives fighting to protect the land they loved and the land that held the bodies of their grandfathers. Our Sacred Mother Gia Tula has ran red with their blood. She received their offering of the lifeless bodies of the warriors. She heard the cries of those mourning. Our Great Creator sadly shakes his head at the GREED of those who spawned the wars. I honor all who fell while fighting for what they believed in and loved. My own linage, Pucksinwah, Chiskwi8a, T'cum8a. Then You have Black Hoof,Black Elk and Geronimo, Sitting Bull and I could go on and on. They fought and died trying to stop the Terrorism that was going on. The Destruction of Whole Tribes, The influx of illegal Immigrants and then we come up to today. My ancestors fought and died defending my freedom, and now my son and the sons of so many others has fought to defend What. Our Freedom, NO,The war today is being fought simply for GREED. Our sons and daughters are dying for the Greed of a Government out of Control. The present war was started WHY> We are told that it was Saddam who had Powerful Weapons of Destruction. NONE WERE FOUND> Then it switched to Ben Laden. He Blew up the Twin Towers. I am sorry to say HE DID NOT.It was an entity that we trust with our security. The twin towers Imploweded not Exploweded. I watched tall tower buildings in Chicago go down the exact same way the twin towers fell. Explosions placed strategicly to bring the building into itself instead of blowing out. You think about it. Believing Ben Laden was responsible for the twin towers is as bad as believing one Magic bullet killed President Kennedy his guard and lord knows what all else that the Government tried to make us believe then. Back to Ben Laden, How Convenient that NO one saw His Body and that He was Conveniently buried at sea. Saddam was plastered all over the news you could not read a Newspaper or watch a TV show without seeing something about him. Now the MOST WANTED man in the WORLD is "KILLED" and ZIP NADDA NOTHING< COME ON PEOPLE ARE YOU REALLY that BLIND. We are on the verge of LOSING what OUR ancestors and the warriors today fought and DIED for. OUR FREEDOM, OUR INDEPENDENCE, HOw is that going to happen? It already is, The very Constitution has been under attack by the US government and the UN. Do you really believe that if our right to own and bear arms is removed that it will be safe. Not only will we be at the mercy of the Ganasta's and such, we will be at the mercy of the U.N. and the U.S. and we WILL be the NEW GERMANY, or the Iraq as it was before the so called Iraqi freedom. Our right to own and bear arms is the ONLY thing stopping Obama and the U.N. from completely making America a police State Nation wide ,under the control of The U.N and it's Gestopo. If you do not see this then start looking at the so called Patriot Act. There is NO freedom in there for us.Ok I have had my say and my thoughts about things. Our very way of life rest on whether you as citizens of the U.S.A. will or will not stand up and defend our Constitution, Rights and FREEDOM against the U.S. and the U.N. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently announced the Obama Administration will be working hand-in-glove with the UN to pass a new “Small Arms Treaty.”
Disguised as an “International Arms Control Treaty” to fight against “terrorism,” “insurgency” and “international crime syndicates,” the UN’s Small Arms Treaty is in fact a massive, GLOBAL gun control scheme.

*** BAN the trade, sale and private ownership of ALL semi-automatic weapons;
*** Create an INTERNATIONAL gun registry, setting the stage for full-scale gun CONFISCATION.
I'm sure I don't have to tell you that this is NOT a fight we can afford to lose.
Ever since its founding 65 years ago, the United Nations has been hell-bent on bringing the United States to its knees.
To the petty dictators and one-world socialists who control the UN, the United States of America isn’t a “shining city on a hill” -- it’s an affront to their grand designs for the globe.
These anti-gun globalists know that so long as Americans remain free to make our own decisions without being bossed around by big government bureaucrats, they’ll NEVER be able to seize the worldwide power they crave.
And the UN’s apologists also know the most effective way to finally strip you and me of ALL our freedoms would be to DESTROY our gun rights.
That’s why I was so glad to hear that the National Association for Gun Rights is leading the fight to stop this assault on our Constitution!
The truth is there’s no time to waste.
You and I have to be prepared for this fight to move FAST.
The fact is the last thing the gun-grabbers at the UN and in Washington, D.C. want is for you and me to have time to mobilize gun owners to defeat this radical legislation.

But now time may not be on our side.
In fact, we’re likely to only have a few weeks to defeat the treaty when they make their move.

Even with the Republican tidal wave in November, there still isn’t a pro-gun majority in the Senate to kill ratification of the treaty.
You know just as well as I do how few Senators are truly “pro-gun.”
Not only that, but many Senators get “queasy” about killing treaties for fear of “embarrassing” the President -- especially with “international prestige” at stake.
They look at ratifying treaties much like approving the President’s Supreme Court nominees.
Remember how many Senators turned their back on us and voted to confirm anti-gun Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor?
A dozen more only voted against Sotomayor after receiving massive grassroots pressure from the folks back home.
So if we’re going to defeat the UN’s Small Arms Treaty we have to turn the heat up on the U.S. Senate now before it’s too late!

Spiritual Cancer
I want to talk about cancer,The type of cancer not talked about,That's destroyed lives and families and has caused physical illness and death. That's the cancer of the soul or spirit.
This cancer starts out as hurt feelings in childhood, or more, such as physical abuse. Regardless of the cause of this cancer of the Spirit, It starts out as a small spiritual sore and festers inside you until it is a full blown disease.It is very contagious, it spreads to your children, your Husband, your Wife, as well as People you spend time with or confide in. When this cancer gets hold of you it can and does cause you to HATE and leads to Spiritual Death, and physical illness. Stomach trouble, Ulcers, Sore unexplained Pain,weight gain, Food,Drug and Alcohol addictions, and these physical conditions lead to eventual death. I was ask how can a person change or stop the cancer. First, You must determine the cause, then you must use one of the most powerful tools , next to unconditional LOVE, FORGIVENESS. You cannot be Spiritual or grow Spiritually with hate and unforgiveness in your heart. Have you been treated worse than JESUS was when he walked the Earth. (I doubt it). Jesus FORGAVE, and to grow spiritually we are expected to FORGIVE (FORGIVE those who Trespass against us.) Sound familiar. WE trespass against ourselves by not Forgiving, (1) OURSELVES (2) all others who has wronged us in our lives. Do you know that Jesus's work was Greater after he was Beaten to near death and then finally murdered. To not forgive is to grieve your spirit, and this is the path to spiritual death..Forgive and then turn your past Experiences into your greatest Spiritual strength:: Tanakia, Be Blessed and Walk in Peace

DID THE VETS FIGHT AND DIE FOR THIS???
Just wanted to share some information with you from the National Association for Gun Rights.You may not think the second amendment doesn't concern you, because you don't believe in owning guns, but I assure you that it is not only the second amendment that the united States is trying to take out of the constitution of The United States of America. They want our complete Freedom, They know as long as the Citizens of the United States of America are armed they can't turn us over to the United Nations.

You know as well as I do that freedom doesn’t get denied all at once.
It gets eroded, piece by piece, over time.
Establishment Republicans are insisting on 6 more years of the badly misnamed “Patriot Act.”
Six more years of giving agencies like the ATF and DHS the authority to name anyone and everyone they wish as a “terrorist.”
These are the same Republicans who ran for office with a stance on “limited government.”
The only things “limited” by the so-called Patriot Act are the rights of people like you and me.
H.R. 1800, the bill introduced last Friday, would extend until December of 2017.
This Fourth Amendment shredding act allows the authorities to tap your phone and intrude on your privacy just by the simple act of labeling you as a “domestic terrorist.”
And remember what Big Sis Janet Napolitano said…
… right-wing, gun-toting veterans are the worst terrorists out there.
They are “radical extremists.”
That’s all it takes to have your Constitutional liberties stripped from you without a warrant or your knowledge.
I know that, like me, you don’t want Big Brother and Big Sister snooping around your private lives.
But this extension would give them six more years of being able to do just exactly that.
Roving, non-warranted wiretaps of virtually EVERY form of electronic communication used by U.S.A. citizens.
Secret federal searches without warrants OR knowledge of the resident.
Blanket warrants for the search and seizure of all library records, without naming individual suspects or providing probable cause.
Judicial warrants replaced with “National Security Letters” signed by unaccountable Obama Administration bureaucrats and gag orders for those served with these letters which make it illegal to tell anyone about it — including your spouse and your priest!
Drastic expansion of the definition of “domestic terrorism,” which is sure to include gun owners.
Expands asset seizure to permit the taking of assets from anyone “suspected” of terrorism, even if that person is NEVER charged or sent to trial.
Lone wolf provisions which allow the government to spy on ANYONE even if they’re not associated with a terrorist organization or foreign national, without due process or notification.
And the fact that House Republicans, who are supposedly on the “right” side, brought this to the floor makes me wonder about their true loyalties.
Are they to the people, or the establishment?
I won’t sit by quietly and wonder.
I will call them and make my voice heard…

Please call your members of Congress at (202) 224-3121 and tell them to stand for freedom and liberty and oppose H.R. 1800, the re-authorization of the Patriot Act.
Make sure your member of Congress knows where you stand. Give him or her a call and demand that they support freedom and liberty by opposing the re-authorization of the Patriot Act.

2-ARMS-CITIZENS of THE USA.
2 arms should be the cry of every citizen of the USA.WHY? Because we are slowly being turned into slaves by the US.WE are on the verge of the USA becoming completely controlled by the US and UN. They are slyly working together to destroy our 2/cd amendment, and our constitution. It is being done under the guise of this so called patriot act. This so called Home Land Security is being used to spy on citizens of the USA,and they don't need warrants to enter and search your homes. All they need is the thought that you may or may not be doing something that they disagree with. They can pull up all your library records without a warrant, as well as all your bank accounts and credit cards. Some has said if you don't do anything wrong why does it matter. Whether you have done wrong or not, the point is this, the United States should not have this power over the citizens of the United States of America. WHERE IS OUR FREEDOM, WHERE IS OUR RIGHTS AND PRIVACY? What happened to FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE?

KNOWLEDGE: We must start paying attention to what our elected officials are SAYING and what they are REALLY doing.
MONEY: We must first take control of our money.
We must pay cash for everything possible.
close your bank accounts,cut up your credit cards. NO MORE CREDIT, CASH ONLY..
WE must go back to raising our own food, supplying our own energy.
NO MORE DEPENDING ON OTHERS TO SUPPLY OUR NEEDS.
I will write later on some things I am Doing to cut my dependence on the US and others.

Rights and Constitution or Slaves to the United Nation
There is a move in Washington to take away our Guns and any way we would have to defend ourselves. Clinton has for years been trying to remove the 2/cd amendment from our constitution.
Obama has been lining his players to make it easier to get our guns. Clinton, and the latest appointment to his list was a woman who was publicly anti gun. Now she is in a position to help make and change laws concerning armed citizens.
We cannot let the anti-gun people take our right to own and bare arms. We lose that right and then there will be no hope for America. The United Nations flag will fly in Washington instead of the USA Flag. We will be under UN rule. It will be under the guise of the patriot act. They will say it is to protect the US Citizens and they would be right. Their plan does not include us THE CITIZENS OF THE USA.
IT is time you realized the United States and THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA is not and never has been the same people.People we are at a time where we either stand up for our rights ALL OF THEM, even the ones we dont think will matter to us, OR, we turn over and let the US Government along with the UN screw us until we are
nothing more than mindless slaves.Whether you believe me or not this is the end result they want.I say We must stand to the last warrior and defend our rights, our homes, the land of our fathers and grandfathers. The USA, not the US.
